I have been working in the field of nutrition for more than 20 years. My main professional goal is to help people find their way in a sometimes complicated world of nutrition. I use a combination of practical coaching techniques, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind-body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health to help clients to achieve that goal.
As a Nutritionist, I pay close attention to food and nutrition. However, as a Mind Body Eating Coach, I am focused on the personal story and relationship with food. Together, these two give a strong foundation for successful work with body weight, chronic dieting, body image, overeating, binge eating, digestion, mood, circadian rhythm, chronic fatigue, and immunity.
